Electronic Integrity Testing provides the user with a non-invasive approach to detecting leaks up to the size of the small pin hole to any flat roofs membrane, this very innovative means of testing due to our highly sophisticated equipment means that flat roof leaks can be detected to pin-point actually and a lot quicker than traditional method.
We then send the Building owner / client our findings by way of full comprehensive survey detailing pictures / videos.
We then forward a simple Scope of Works regarding what repairs / renewals we would propose leaving it entirely to the recipients description, if they require us to engage in any repairs, making good works.
